We work with trusted shipping partners such as Deutsche Post, DHL, and UPS to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Shipping times can vary slightly depending on destination and order volume.

We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

Delivery Time

Personalized jewelry usually takes two to five business days to produce. After production, your order is handed to the shipping carrier. Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within one to three business days.

Within Germany, delivery generally takes three to five business days. International delivery times can vary by destination and customs handling and may take up to seven business days in many cases.

For some products, delivery times may differ for production reasons. For certain international DHL shipments, delivery can take around 10 to 15 business days depending on destination and current carrier conditions.
