Return Policy

At Magie Schmuck, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.

You can return your order within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that custom-made or personalized items are excluded from returns.

To start a return, contact us at info@magie-schmuck.de. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.

Please make sure returned items are unused and in their original condition, including tags and packaging, so we can process your refund smoothly.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and processed, we will confirm it by email. Processing can take up to 20 business days from the date your return arrives.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are not refunded. For credit card refunds, it can take up to 10 business days for the payment provider or bank to post the credit.
